As the hot season is rolling in on us, our Memo garden has exploded with produce! Used as a household demonstration and to grow fruits and vegetables for our daily staff lunches, Memo garden is now producing in record amounts. This week, we were able to demonstrate the “fair share” permaculture ethic as staff brought home bags of mustard leaves the size of elephant ears (only a slight exaggeration!). Many thanks to all of the staff, interns and volunteers who made this possible.

Enjoy our photo blog of the garden – when everything else is brown and dry with the heat of the season, Memo is green from top to bottom!
